Antonio Pagano

London based photographer with 25  years experience documenting the entertainment  industry. Shooting live performances, unit stills, artist portraits , theatre, events and PR shots.

My passion for photography started in the early '90s where I learned hands on film photography while working  at "Il Messaggero" newspaper in Rome.  From processing and printing my own photographs in black and white I quickly built a consistent portfolio for live performances which earned me commissions from the most important Italian papers.  The desire to work internationally brought me to expand my career in the music industry in the UK.  Immediately publishing work on the Guardian, NME, Uncut,  Time Out , The Wire and  regular commissions from Mix Mag  and Dj magazine, I experienced a time when music festivals  and the explosion of electronic/dance music converged into the POP culture of present days.

Experience over the years  and networking with creatives broaden my field of activity to engage directly with the artists, production companies,  event organisers , labels , managements and PRs. Hence my diverse range of work and adaptive style.
